电热设备用粉云母板特性及用途：

   电热设备用粉云母板是我厂选用国内优质白粉云母纸配以适当的胶粘剂经烘焙压制而成的硬质板状绝缘材料，它具有较高的机械强度和良好的耐热性能，在600℃内可长期使用。广泛用于冶金、化工、电器等工业，适于作电热和其他电热元件的高温绝缘。产品质量稳定可靠，其性能达到或部分超过国际标准（IEC）。

PROPERTIES AND USES：
RISC mica material for heating equipment is a kind of hard plate-like insulates made of first-rate mica paper mixed with proper adhesive after pressed and bake. It has high mechanical strength and good property  of heating resistance. It can be within 600℃ for a long time. Now it has been widely used in metallurgy, chemiaal-engineering and electric heater and other electric-heating devices. The quality of our product is stable and reliable and its characteristics have reached or part surpassed the international standard(IEC).

云母纸 Mica Product Introduction

云母纸是以优质白云母、金云母为原料，用化学法或机械法制浆抄纸，再经分切复卷成的连续卷筒纸。根据所用云母原料属性及制造工艺方法的不同，云母纸分有：MPM1（501）、MPM2（502）、MPM2-1（502-1）、MPM3-B（505）、MPM3-L1（506）、MPM3-L2（507）、MPP4（P506）和MPS5（S506）型。

Mica paper take white mica and golden as raw material to prpoduce paper after chemical and mechanical processing, then to roll paper. According different material and procedure, it is divided into：MPM1（501）、MPM2（502）、MPM2-1（502-1）、MPM3-B（505）、MPM3-L1（506）、MPM3-L2（507）、MPP4（P506）和MPS5（S506）types.

云母管是采用云母纸或剥片天然云母，及其它补强材料配已适当 粘接剂，经卷、压制成具有良好电气绝缘性能和机械强度。适用于各 种电机、电器、熔炼炉等。

The mica tube is hard pipe insulation material prepared by using mica paper or splitting mica fixed with glue or by using mica paper glued on side of reinforced material, then processed rolling .It has excellent mechanical strength and electrical properties .It is suitable for all kinds of electric motors and electrical appliances electrical smelt furnace etc.

电脑用透明粉云母板是我厂选用优质生粉云母纸配以适当的黏合剂，经高温压制而成的硬制云母板。具有优异的辐射屏蔽、抗高频干扰、高温阻燃、耐低温等显著性能。该产品耐热等级为F级，可在150℃下长期使用。主要用于手提电脑屏蔽、手机、液晶显示器、避雷器等。

The transparent mica plate for handheld computer, this product is made from excellent mica paper mixed with applicable resin after high temperature, high-pressure .it is a kind hardness plate-like materials. it has radiation shield, high frequency disturbance, resisting flame, hypotemperature resistance. This product with heat resistance grade F level, working for a long time under 155℃,it can be used in hand-held computer, mobile, liquid crystal display(LCD), lightning arrester.
